Rich Media This Week

Mahindra Rodeo RZ and MTS took over home pages across Indian web publishers this past week. The executions that created an impact were Samsung’s innovative video execution on Yahoo! India for Galaxy S3 and MTS’s mouse tracker takeover on MSN India.

Two new ad units that I discovered this week include the monster expandable North unit on Yahoo! India’s Email page executed for Toyota Etios Liva, this one was user initiated and it surprisingly took over the entire inbox area on the first scroll. The other unit was the discreet Masthead Lite with a video on Youtube, executed for MTS’s MBlaze.
